It is with great sadness that the fellow Officers, Committee & Members of The NIRC wish to record the tragic death of our esteemed Club President & founder Member Mr Fred Bailie. Fred sadly passed away on 16th May 2008 following a tragic road accident.

We wish to extend our deepest sympathy to his Wife Eleanor, Son Christopher and the wider family circle.

We will miss him greatly and his legacy will live on for many years. Rest peacefully Fred in the knowledge that you were loved & respected by so many people both here and abroad and particularly those who cherished you on the NIRC Committee, we will endeavour to carry on your intention of ensuring that the Club is one that warmly welcomes new members & always has the best interests of the Rottweiler Breed first & foremost in its thoughts.
